    By commissioning me means that you've read and agreed upon these terms.

    I withhold the right to turn down any requests for a commission.

    If you prefer for your commission to be private and not be posted by myself anywhere please specify. Otherwise I'll post every comission and/or include on my portfolio.

    When I'm working with a commission queue, I only reserve your spot in queue with your confirmation. So please make sure you confirm after I say what day I'll be available to make your commission. If you don't explicit confirm, I'll not reserve your spot and it will be filled with someone else. On the day we schedule to start your commission, I will send you a message that you must respond to within 24 hours. Since I have a limited timeframe to make your commission, try to respond in 24 hours, otherwise you can be replaced in queue.

    Besides the normal queue, if there is an possibility at the time, I can have rush/priority commission slot, it will cost an additional of 50% of the commission price (commission price + 25% of the commission price). It's a completely separate slot, so the normal queue won't be affected.

✿ Emotes/Badges: be specific of  how many do you want and how do you want it. You can send me references for: pose, color (skin, hair, eye), clothes, details. The more specific and clear you can be, the better will be. You can send me a photo of your face too (please, only SFW photos!) for the emotes. I will NOT draw nudity, sexually suggestive themes, racist/homophobic terms or illegal drugs related. Your order will be delivered in the sizes of Twitch/Discord as a zip folder to your email.

✿ Animated emotes: be specific about how do you want the animation to happen. You can send me GIF references. I will NOT animate racist/homophobic terms, sexually suggestive themes or illegal drugs related. Your order will be delivered in the sizes of Twitch/Discord as a zip folder to your email. Sometimes I make exceptions and animate emotes I didn't draw (I need the artist's permission). If you provides me with base emotes to add animation, you promise this material does not infringe on someone else’s intellectual property rights. Keep in mind I'm not good at special effects.

✿ PNGtuber: for now I only work with humanoid forms and the waist up chibi base is always the same. Please be specific of  how do you want the hair, clothes, colors to be. You can send me references for: color (skin, hair, eye), clothes, details, selfie, anything SFW. The more specific and clear you can be, the better will be. I will NOT draw nudity, sexually suggestive themes, racist/homophobic terms or illegal drugs related. Your order will be delivered in a zip folder to your email. The folder includes for free a Veadotube file format.

✿ Illustrations: be very specific of  how do you want it . The more you can be, the best the illustration will turn out! You can send me as many references you want (only SFW!!). I will NOT draw nudity, sexually suggestive themes, racist/homophobic terms or illegal drugs related.

✿ Vtuber YCH: I'll not change the pose!! You can send me references for: color (skin, hair, eye), clothes, details, etc. The more specific and clear you can be, the better will be, only SFW photos! Please have in mind I'm new to rigging, so I can't do complex things. Your order will be delivered in a zip folder.

    The references will be only that: REFERENCES! I will not copy them. Don't expect me to do that.

✿ USe of art ✿

   

    As the artist: all rights reserved. My artwork is copyrighted to me. You ARE NOT allowed to use my artwork by any means without my permission. Do not redistribute, sell, claim as yours, copy, edit or use it in any way then the agreed with me.

    As the commissioner: the artwork is for personal use only!!! You must credit me when reposting or using any of my art. Once the commission has been completed and you have the files, it is your responsibility to look after them. I will not send them again.

​

    Commissioner are allowed to:

✔  print out the artwork I made for personal use,  use the artwork as desktop or phone background;

✔  use the art on promo pictures of your channel;
✔  crop the artwork to be used as an icon, avatar, background;

✔  animate the emotes you commissioned me to use only on your discord server/twitch.

​

    Commissioners are NOT allowed to:

​

✖  edit my art in any way, except for what is stated above or with my permission;
✖  take off my signature or get an unsigned version;
✖  redistribute and/or sell my artwork;
✖  use my art for commercial use without my proven consent;
✖  trace the artwork for any reason;

✖  mint/sell the art for NFT;

✖  use my art for training an AI.

✿ PAYMENT ✿

    I only accept payment via PAYPAL invoice (USD).

   The payment and tips are non-refundable. You are paying under the agreement that you will not issue a chargeback.

    After the sketch is approved by you, an invoice with 100% of the value will be sent to you for payment. I will only continue doing the commission after the payment.

​​

    If you are commissioning a new emote plus your animation, an invoice with 100% of the value (of the emote and the animation) will be sent to you for payment after the sketch of the emote is approved.

​

    If you already have an emote previously made by me or by other artist and want to have it animated, after I accept the animation commission an invoice for 100% of the value will be sent to you for payment. I will only start doing the animation after receiving payment.

    A sketch will be sent for any changes or revisions to be made. You can ask for small and big changes.

    After the sketch is approved, the payment done, I will do the line art and coloring. It will be sent to you for changes related to the color or approval. The line art will not be changed at this point. If you change your mind after the color is done and ask me to restart the process from the sketch, an extra value will be charged depending on what is your commission (emote/badge/illustration).

    After all is approved, I will send to your email the final artwork (.png) without watermark only after that payment!

 

    I don't make any adjustments after the file is delivered to you! (except if a mistake was done)

 

    The .psd (source file) will not be sent.

✿ process OF ANIMATED EMOTES ✿

    A sketch of the static version will be sent for any changes or revisions to be made. You can ask for small and big changes.
    After the static sketch is approved, an invoice with 100% of the value will be sent to you for payment. After the payment I will do the line art and coloring. It will be sent to you for changes related to the color or approval. The line art will not be changed at this point. If you change your mind after the color is done and ask me to restart the process from the sketch, an extra value will be charged.

     After the color is approved, I'll prepare the emote for animation.

    I will animate the emote following the guidelines given by you. After finishing the animation, it will be sent for you to suggest small changes or approval. Remember that the changes are only related to animation. If the changes are on a different line from the initially given by you or if I have to change a large part of the animation, an extra $10(USD) will be charged before delivering the final art.

    Once approved, I will send to your email the file with the animation (.gif).

​

    I don't make any adjustments after the file is delivered to you!

​

    The .can3 or .cmo3 (source file) will not be sent.

✿ process OF VTUBER MODELS ✿

    A sketch of the Vtuber model will be sent for any changes or revisions to be made. You can ask for small and big changes.

    After the static sketch is approved, an invoice with 100% of the value will be sent to you for payment. After the payment I will do the line art and coloring. The line art will not be changed at this point. If you change your mind after the color is done and ask me to restart the process from the sketch, an extra value will be charged.

     After the color is approved, I'll prepare the model to be rigged. 

     I will send some WIP videos of the rigging, like the eyes blinking, hair moving, toggles, etc. After I finished the rigging, a video will be sent to suggest small changes or approval. Remember that the changes are only related to the rigging. 

     Once approved, I will send to your email the file with the model ready to use and PDF with instructions.

    I don't make any adjustments after the file is delivered to you!

    The source file will not be sent.
